The BIG FIX was established in 2024 by Steve Parrish, the Director of Maintenance at a Southwest Washington Property Management Company with approximately 2000 single and multi-family properties. He also has 30 years of experience as a property investor/owner of residential and commercial properties, having been in charge of acquisitions, development, management, marketing, sales, new construction, remodels and general maintenance. He also has more than 35 years in the nonprofit sector focusing on start-ups, relaunches, leadership development, team building and consulting.

Steve and his wife Rowena have been married since 1988 and have three adult children, four grandchildren and a German Short Haired Pointer named Cletus.
